Whilst we don't offer a money-back guarantee, we also don't lock you into long term contracts. You pay on a month-by-month basis, meaning you can cancel at any time in the event you're not completely satisfied with our services.
We don't offer a free trial, unfortunately. However, if you are not 100% happy with our service, you are free to cancel at any time without any penalties.
When purchasing our Shared Hosting, once your payment has been taken using your credit or debit card, your hosting will be setup. It can take between 5-10 minutes to set everything up. You will receive updates via email as the setup progresses with information on the services you've requested and login details to allow you to access cPanel (and WordPress login details if you have selected one of our WordPress plans).
You can pay for any of our services using credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. We use the Stripe payment gateway service to process your payements.
If you're looking to purchase a number of services from us, please get in touch to discuss your requirements. Under some circumstances, we may be able to offer you a discount on your monthly or yearly pricing.

WBDP Hosting is part of the Websites by Dave Parker web design business and we have been trading since 2017. We needed reliable hosting for our client's websites, so having a web hosting branch to the business allowed for this. With huge capacity for hosting, we now offer our hosting services as a standalone product.
Our primary client base is small and medium-sized businesses. As such, we don't currently operate a 24/7/365 support desk. You can find out our office hours here. As a client, you can log in to your account and submit a support ticket if you require assistance.
